Real Estate Wholesaling 101

Wholesaling is when you get a property owner to agree to sell their property for a deeply discounted price and sign a contract accordingly.

 

You then sell that contract to an end buyer for a discounted price below market value but for higher than the price the seller agreed.

 

The spread in the middle is your profit.

 

It's really that simple. And the best part is, there are NO licenses, experience, hammers, or money required.

 

However, to wholesale, you have to generate Motivated Seller Leads and Cash Buyer Leads.
