to only submit real and active buyers with whom you have a real wholesaler-to-buyer relationship.

to only submit real properties with which you have a legal vested interest (ex. Contract).

​

to always maintain anonymity until you have signed a match agreement with an individual confirmed match.

​

to be fair and honest in all your dealings with your match(es).

​

to be exemplary in conduct as a part of the Joint Venture Wholesaling Matchmaker network.

​

Your membership can be revoked at any time if it is determined that you are not upholding to these terms.
