There are 3 different invoices to expect.
1. First is the setup fee which only occurs once (or if you are reactivating your account).
2. Then there’s the “cost per lead” invoice that is generated based on the number of leads you send for processing. You can send an unlimited number of leads for processing and at any time.
3. And lastly is your weekly retainer fee which keeps your phone numbers live, access to your tracking portal open, and workforce on standby for on demand lead processing.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

The rate is dependent on the level of service you’ve chosen. The cost per lead is multiplied by the number of records you send for processing. As an example, if you send 500 leads on the Silver plan, if the cost is $.14 per lead, then the Cost Per Lead invoice will be $70.
